THE TOUCH PRACTICE

In a world that encourages you to look outside yourself for fulfillment, devoting time to connecting with your inner sensual and emotional needs is a radical act of love.

I’ve created a routine of fulfilling body habits to increase pleasure and compassion towa-rds myself, increase empathy towards others, and feel more resilient and joyful in my mind and body. Join me in a body-based workshop devoted entirely to SELF-TOUCH. Self-touch is usually synonymous with masturbation but pleasure exists beyond our geni-tals! To prove it I’ll be focussing on secondary and tertiary erogenous zones (there are 19 in total!) so you’ll get to discover your favourites! —

You will learn and practice

• different types of self touch, from comforting to kinky
• breathing techniques to support touch and increase aliveness
• how to expand pleasure and sensation to new parts of your body
• so much more – because honestly how many times have you devoted 2 hours entirely to self-touch?

You will need
• a large towel or yoga mat
• your hands and body
• curiosity
• optional: oil or cream for self-massage

People of all physical abilities, shapes, colours, genders and experience levels are welcome.

This workshop will be held in English with live translation into German.
